Durham College Employer Guarantee

The Employer Guarantee applies to post-secondary graduates who obtain full-time, part-time, or contract positions. If an employer finds that a graduate lacks the skills normally acquired in his or her post-secondary program, the college will provide additional training. There will be full tuition support for one credit course taken at Durham College for up to one year after graduation. The employer must make the application to the college in order to have the employee (graduate) retrained in the subject area where they are lacking skills.
